Counselling offers a supportive, understanding and non judgemental space where you can bring whatever feels important to you.
Counselling isn’t about being told what to do or having the answers, it’s about working together to explore what feels right for you.
Everyone’s experience is unique, and counselling can be helpful for a wide range reasons whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, going through a life change, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply.

As a pluralistic and person-centred counsellor, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on a range of approaches to support what feels most helpful for you.
My Training includes:
I am an accredited registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I undertake a minimum of 30 hours of additional training to further my skills.

Each person comes to counselling with their own experiences, challenges, and hopes. It can be a space to explore what feels difficult, gain understanding, and find a way forward at your own pace. Some of the areas I often support clients with include:
• Anxiety or persistent worry
• Depression
• Stress
• Low self-esteem or confidence
• Work-related stress or burnout
• Feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of your direction
• Grief or bereavement
If what you’re going through isn’t listed here, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Counselling can support many different experiences, and we can talk together about what feels right for you.

I offer one-to-one therapy for adults (18+), both online and in person, to clients across the UK. My practice embraces diversity and welcomes individuals from all walks of life, identities, and experiences.
You’ll find a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can simply be yourself. I approach every client with genuine respect and acceptance, and I’m committed to creating a therapeutic environment where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard.

Taking the step towards therapy can be daunting and may feel a little strange even if you have had therapy before or this is your first time. It is okay to feel this way, having had therapy myself I understand that reaching out can feel uncomfortable and unnerving, whether it is the first time or if you have had therapy multiple times.
I aim to make this process as smooth as possible by offering a free 20 minute consultation
Please note this is not a full session it is an introductory consultation to help us get to know each other and discuss what has brought you to therapy and if working together is the right step for you.
If we feel that a different form of support is more suitable to your needs, I can point you towards alternative services, through your GP or local mental health charities.
My confidentiality and privacy guidelines still apply.
There is no charge or pressure to book again.
